English cricketer, Ebony Rainford-Brent, was part of the squad that won the 2009 World Cup, World T20 and Women’s Ashes. Following retirement, she moved into broadcasting, becoming one of the first female pundits on BBC’s Test Match Special and a regular on Sky TV. In 2021, she received an MBE for services to cricket and charity. She is founder of The ACE Programme Charity, which supports diverse talent and improves representation in cricket, and runs The Art of Success podcast.
